Instructions
Cook the Jasmine Rice
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Add the rice, a pinch of salt, and 420 ml water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
