- 1 cup Chicken Stock (low‑sodium)
- 0.5 cup Heavy Cream (cold)
- 0.75 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 12 ounces Pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Prep Ingredients
Slice the onions thinly, mince the garlic, chop the thyme leaves, grate the Parmesan, and measure all liquids and seasonings.
