- 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, full‑fat for creaminess)
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Tarragon (chopped, optional)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)

Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
