- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (store‑bought or homemade blend)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix (dry packet, adds depth and salt)
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter (cut into pieces and added on top before cooking)
Instructions
Prep Potatoes
Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes into 1‑inch cubes. Toss them in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
