Ingredients
- 160 g Butter (softened, at room temperature)
- 130 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg (medium size)
- 200 g All-purpose flour (type 45)
- 50 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 g Baking powder (about ½ teaspoon)
- 100 g Dark chocolate chunks (coarsely chopped)
- 60 g White chocolate chunks
- 75 g Chopped hazelnuts (lightly toasted for extra flavor)
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Meanwhile, take the butter out of the refrigerator so it softens and measure all ingredients.

Cream the butter and sugar
In the mixer bowl, add the softened butter and sugar. Mix on medium speed with the paddle until a pale, homogeneous mixture forms.

Incorporate the egg
Add the whole egg to the mixture and continue mixing until fully incorporated.

Add the dry ingredients
