- 1 whole Avocado (ripe, flesh removed and mashed)
- 1 large Egg (room temperature, beaten)
- 1 large Hard‑Boiled Egg (cooked, cooled and mashed)
- 50 g Carrot (small carrot, grated)
- 50 g Mozzarella Cheese (fresh, grated)
- 2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh, finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Dill (fresh, finely chopped)
- 0.5 whole Small Onion (finely diced)
- 0.5 whole Green Bell Pepper (seeded and finely diced)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 0.33 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)
- 0.25 teaspoon Chili Powder (or cayenne pepper for heat)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for greasing the baking tray)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (for sprinkling on top)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Boil Egg
Place the egg in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to ice water, peel, and mash with a fork.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl and mash until smooth.

Crack the raw egg into the mashed avocado and stir until fully incorporated.
