Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 200 g Feta Cheese (full‑fat block, not crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 12 oz Pasta (Penne or Rigatoni) (uncooked)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)

Set the oven to 400°F on convection and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare Ingredients
Halve the cherry tomatoes, mince the garlic, and place the block of feta in the center of the baking dish. Scatter the tomatoes around the feta, drizzle olive oil over everything, and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red‑pepper flakes.

Bake Feta and Tomatoes
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta turns soft and golden around the edges.
