- 1 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb Ground Beef (80% lean)
- 1 medium Yellow Onion (diced)
- 0.5 medium Red Onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 0.25 cup Water (or beef broth for richer flavor)
- 0.5 cup Taco Sauce
- 0.5 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 piece Jalapeño (seeded and diced (optional))
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped; cilantro can be used instead)

Instructions
Prep All Ingredients
Dice the yellow and red onions, mince the garlic, dice the jalapeño (if using), shred the lettuce, chop the parsley, and measure out the cheeses, taco sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings.

Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully preheat while you start cooking the beef.

Brown Ground Beef
