- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 large Lemon (juiced, zest optional)
- 2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence (store‑bought blend)
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried Lavender Buds (optional, for floral note)
- 2 teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt (coarse)
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (optional, cut into pieces)

Prepare the Base
