- 12 oz Spaghetti (dry, preferably 100% durum wheat)
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (cut into small pieces for even melting)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced fine)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped, stems removed)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp Salt (for pasta water and seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Boil Pasta
Fill a large pot with 4‑5 quarts of water, add 1 tsp salt, and bring to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente, about 9‑10 minutes.

Prepare Garlic Butter
While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté Garlic
