- 1 tsp Honey (raw, preferably local)
Instructions
Bloom the Gelatin
Place 1 tsp gelatin powder into a small mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir gently and let sit for 2‑3 minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water and becomes spongy.
