- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or panko, fresh)

- 1 tsp Kosher salt (adjust to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil (high smoke‑point oil for coating)
- 4 oz Mayonnaise (full‑fat, regular)
- 2 tbsp Chili crisps (crushed chili‑oil crisps or chili‑crisp sauce)
- 2 tbsp Honey (raw or light honey)
- 2 oz Sriracha (real Sriracha sauce)
Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl and pour the pickle juice over them until fully covered. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
