Ingredients
- 2 cups Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, with mother)
- 1 large Large Sweet Onion (organic, peeled and sliced)
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 whole Lemon (cut into wedges, rind left on)
- 0.5 cup Fresh Ginger Root (peeled and grated (or finely chopped))
- 0.25 cup Fresh Horseradish Root (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder (organic)
- 2 tsp Black Peppercorns (freshly ground)
- 2 sticks Cinnamon Sticks (organic)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme (leaves stripped from stems)
- 4 buds Lavender Buds (culinary grade, dried)
Instructions
Prepare the Fresh Ingredients
Slice the onion, mince the garlic, cut the lemon into wedges (keeping the rind), grate or finely chop the ginger, peel and chop the horseradish, and set all pieces aside in a bowl.
