- 500 g Fresh Ginger (peeled, broken into small chunks)

- 1 Tbsp Cornflour (cornstarch, prevents clumping)
Instructions
Scrub the ginger
Using a cleaning brush, scrub the ginger pieces under running water until all dirt is removed.
