  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic (freshly minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup (Maltose) (If unavailable, add extra 1 tsp sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp Mirin (Optional, can omit)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)

Instructions

  1. 재료 손질

    돼지고기 앞다리살을 얇게 썰고, 대파·양파·당근·양배추·청양고추를 각각 얇게 썰어 준비한다. 다진 마늘은 별도 그릇에 담아 둔다.
