Instructions
Prepare Dalgona Coffee Foam
Combine 2 tsp instant coffee, 2 tsp granulated sugar, and 2 tsp hot water in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer on high speed, whisk for about 1 minute until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and holds stiff peaks. Continue for an additional 30 seconds for extra volume.
