- 2 cups Cold Water (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (finely grated)
- 1 teaspoon Tamari (or to taste; use gluten‑free tamari if needed)
Instructions
Dissolve Kuzu
Place 2 heaped teaspoons of kuzu starch into a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of cold water, and stir continuously until the powder is fully dissolved and no lumps remain.
