Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade

    Grate the zest of one lemon, squeeze the juice of the three lemons, then mix the juice, zest, mustard, sugar, pepper, crushed garlic and chopped parsley in a large bowl. Add the sunflower oil and emulsify well.
