Ingredients
- 3 pieces Limes (Juice and zest, cut into quarters)
- 100 g Cane sugar (brown sugar) (Brown, preferably for caramelized flavor)
- 200 g Sweetened condensed milk (Canned, shake well before use)
- 400 g Water (Cold water)
- 200 g Ice cubes (Pre‑frozen, ideally large cubes)
- 30 ml Vodka (optional) (Add only for adults, in moderation)
Instructions
Prepare the limes
Wash the limes, cut off the ends, then cut them into quarters (in an H shape). Lightly zest the skin before squeezing the juice.

Squeeze the juice
Press the lime quarters using a citrus juicer and collect the juice in the pitcher.

Measure the liquid and dry ingredients
Weigh 400 g of water, 100 g of cane sugar and 200 g of sweetened condensed milk. Add the sugar to the water and stir lightly to dissolve.

Add the ice cubes
Weigh 200 g of ice cubes and place them in the blender.

Blend the limonada
Pour the lime juice, sweetened water, condensed milk and ice cubes into the blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until a smooth and slightly frothy consistency is achieved.

Taste and adjust
Taste the drink; if it is too thick, add a bit of cold water and re‑blend for 10 seconds. If it is too thin, add a bit of condensed milk.
