Ingredients
- 1 large Free‑Range Egg (room temperature, fresh)
- 10 g Smoked Salmon (thinly sliced)
- 5 g Fresh Chili (thin slivers, optional for heat)
- 5 g Chives (chopped)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin, for non‑stick surface)
- 1 sheet Non‑PVC Cling Film (food‑grade, cut to size)
- 80 g Fresh Spinach (washed, torn)
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread (thick slice, preferably brown)
- 1 tsp Cream Cheese (low‑fat, softened)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 pinch Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Prepare the Cling‑Film Pouch
Lay a sheet of non‑PVC cling film on a small bowl or cup, drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over it and gently sag the film into the cup to form a shallow pocket.

Add Flavor Fillings
Scatter the smoked salmon pieces, chili slivers and chopped chives inside the oiled pocket.

Crack a free‑range egg directly into the centre of the pouch, being careful not to break the yolk.
