- 2 cup Vegetable Oil (for deep frying; use neutral oil like canola or sunflower)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (for syrup)
- 1 cup Water (for syrup)

Instructions
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fine semolina, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, and a pinch of salt if desired.
