Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan
Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Grease the 22 cm pan with butter then lightly flour it.

Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt
In the bowl, crack the 3 eggs, add the brown sugar (or white sugar) and the pinch of salt. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes frothy and pale.
