Instructions
Prepare the sauce
In a mixing bowl combine 1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and 2 tbsp water. Whisk until smooth.

Chop aromatics
Roughly chop the shallots, mince the garlic cloves and slice the ginger into thin pieces.

Brown the chicken
Heat the skillet over high heat, add 2 tbsp oil, then add the chicken pieces. Brown each side for about 2 minutes (≈4 minutes total) until lightly colored.
