- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded, preferably whole‑milk)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, optional)

Instructions
Prep the vegetables
Quarter the half onion, cut the red bell pepper into quarters, and slice the pepperoni into quarters using the food chopper or a knife.
