- 4 pieces Pork Chops (Bone‑in, about 1 inch thick)
- 1.5 pounds Red Potatoes (Washed and cut into 1‑inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter (Softened)
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves (Peeled and minced)
- 1 piece Small Sweet Onion (Peeled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Ranch Dry Seasoning (Store‑bought)
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw)
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil (Extra‑virgin)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Kosher or table salt)
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
Instructions
Make Ranch Mixture
In a mixing bowl combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and ranch dry seasoning. Whisk until smooth and all lumps are gone.

Season Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry, then sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning. Rub the seasoning into the meat.

Prep Vegetables
Cut red potatoes into 1‑inch cubes, mince the garlic cloves, and slice the sweet onion into thin wedges.

Optional Sear Pork Chops
Heat the skillet over medium‑high heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, and sear each pork chop 3‑4 minutes per side until a golden brown crust forms. Do not cook through.
