  • 100 g Rice (Basmati or long grain)
  • 200 ml Water (Approximate, divided for sauce and rice)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients

    Quarter the mushrooms, finely chop the onion and garlic, and measure out all spices and other ingredients.
