- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (approx. two capfuls, use gloves to avoid staining)

- 1 cup Tomato Sauce (plain, no added herbs)
- 1 cup Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (canned, 10 oz)

Instructions
Trim Chicken
