- 1 tbsp Sun‑Dried Tomato Oil (From the jar of sun‑dried tomatoes)
- 1 large Egg (Beaten with a splash of water for egg wash)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (For topping)
- 1 tsp Honey (Drizzled after cooking)
Instructions
Slice the feta
Place the block of feta on a cutting board and slice it into thin (≈1 mm) strips.

In a mixing bowl combine the sliced feta, chopped sun‑dried tomatoes, chopped basil, and 1 tbsp sun‑dried tomato oil. Mix gently with a fork until evenly distributed.
