- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water to make a slurry)

- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Prep the Chicken
Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts, cut into bite‑size cubes, and place in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat evenly.
