Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Watermelon (seedless, flesh only, pureed)
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons Grass‑Fed Gelatin Powder (unflavored, high quality)
Instructions
Puree the Watermelon
Cut the watermelon into chunks, remove any seeds, and blend until completely smooth.

Strain the Puree
Pass the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a mixing bowl to remove pulp and seeds.

Bloom the Gelatin
Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold water in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until it absorbs the liquid.

Heat the Mixture & Dissolve Gelatin
Transfer the strained watermelon juice to a saucepan, add lime juice, and warm over medium heat (just below a simmer). Add the bloomed gelatin and stir continuously until fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
