Chef Tips from the Video
- A drizzle of virgin sesame oil just before serving intensifies the nutty aroma.
- Generously sprinkle chopped fresh herbs for a touch of color and freshness.
- Serve with a lemony yogurt sauce to balance the sweetness of the marinade.
Troubleshooting
The meat stays dry after cooking.
Do not exceed cooking time (12 min) and check internal temperature: 75 °C. Brush regularly with the marinade.
The marinade does not stick to the skewers.
Use a damp brush and apply the sauce at each turn. Add a little extra sesame oil if needed.
Bamboo skewers burn.
Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Refrigerator: Store cooked skewers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
