- 2 cups Uncooked Pasta Noodles (small shapes like ditalini or broken lasagna noodles)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese (for topping)

Instructions
Prepare Vegetables
