- ½ fruit Lemon (fresh juice only)
- 12 ounces Pasta (linguine, fettuccine or spaghetti; cook al dente)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Prepare Ingredients
Mince the garlic, finely dice the onion, and dice the tomatoes. Juice the lemon, chop the parsley, and grate the Parmesan. Measure out all remaining ingredients.
