- 2 stalks Spring Onions (finely chopped)

- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs (dried (e.g., thyme, oregano))
- 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp Pesto (store‑bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (parsley or chives) (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the vegetables
Finely chop the wild garlic, slice the spring onions, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Sauté aromatics and tomatoes
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a non‑stick skillet over medium heat. Add the spring onions and sauté for 1 minute, then add the cherry tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper and mixed herbs. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Add wild garlic
Add the finely chopped wild garlic to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds, just until it wilts and stays bright green. Transfer the entire filling to a bowl and set aside.
