- 1 roll Puff pastry (about 250 g, to be rolled out to 24 cm diameter)

Prepare the apples
Peel, core and cut the apples in half. Set aside.

Melt 30 g of butter in a small saucepan, add 1 tbsp of sugar and the cinnamon, stir and coat the apples.
