- 24 qt Water (cold, filtered)
- 48 oz Chicken Stock (low‑sodium)
- 2 cup Brown Sugar (dissolved in 1 cup water)
- 15 lb Long Grain White Rice (rinsed until water runs clear)
- 2 tbsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions
Prep the Holy Trinity and Garlic
Dice the onion, celery, and bell pepper into uniform ½‑inch pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.
