Ingredients
- 200 g Udon Noodles (Dried thick udon noodles, broken into smaller pieces before cooking)
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder (Non‑fat dry milk)
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder (Finely grated parmesan cheese powder)
- 1 tsp Coffee M Powder (Coffee‑flavored milk powder (instant coffee mixed with milk powder))
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
- 0.25 tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 2 cup Water (For boiling noodles and making sauce)
Instructions
Boil Noodles
Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot, add the broken udon noodles, and cook according to package instructions (about 3–4 minutes) until al dente.

Drain and Set Aside
Drain the noodles in a colander and briefly rinse with warm water to keep them hot but stop further cooking.
