- 3 pieces Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest (zested from a fresh lemon)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (juice of half a lemon)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for the pan, extra‑virgin preferred)
- 4 slices Lemon Slices (for garnish and extra flavor)
- 2 stalks Green Onion (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Instructions
Season the Tilapia
Pat the tilapia fillets dry, then sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Flip to season the other side as well.
