Ingredients
- 180 g Mild chorizo (skin removed, cut into small dice)
- 100 g Fresh cheese (type fromage blanc) (at room temperature)
- 1 cuillère à soupe Tomato paste
- 5 cuillères à soupe Tomato coulis
- 5 feuilles Fresh basil (roughly chopped)
- 1 pincée Salt
- 1 pincée Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the chorizo
Score the skin of the chorizo lengthwise, remove the skin, cut the chorizo into thin rounds then into small dice.

Roughly chop the basil leaves with a knife.

Combine the ingredients
