- 1 cup Pecans (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (unsweetened if possible)
- 2 tablespoons Chives (finely chopped)
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
Instructions
Prep the nuts, fruit and herbs
Place pecans on a cutting board and roughly chop them. Roughly chop the dried cranberries and finely slice the chives.
