- 2 cups Fresh Spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (35 % fat, chilled)
- 1 cup Chicken Stock (low‑sodium)
- 1/4 cup Dry White Cooking Wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 small Shallots (minced)
- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin preferred)
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (cut into cubes)

Prep All Ingredients
