- 2 tablespoons Dan-O’s Seasoning Taco Blend (or any Mexican‑style taco seasoning)
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, and queso quesadilla blend)
- 0.25 cup Diced Onion (white or yellow onion, finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce (your favorite brand, adjust to heat preference)
- 3 tablespoons Cilantro Lime Sauce (mix 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, pinch salt)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
Make Cilantro Lime Sauce
In a small mixing bowl combine 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth.
