- 30 Dumpling Wrappers (store‑bought round wrappers, thawed if frozen)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (for pan‑frying)
- 1/4 cup Water (for steaming the dumplings)
Instructions
Make the Curry Pork Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, curry powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and half of the sliced green onions. Mix thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed.

Prepare the Dumpling Wrappers
Lay a clean, dry cutting board on the counter. Place one dumpling wrapper in the palm of your hand; keep the remaining wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
