- 10 ounce Enchilada Sauce (canned, mild or medium)
- 15 ounce Black Beans (canned, rinsed and drained)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Low‑Fat Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded, 40% less fat, Kroger brand used)

Prepare Ingredients
Chop the medium onion and cut each biscuit into six roughly equal pieces. Measure out the sauces, beans, and cheese.
