- 1/3 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes (fortified)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 pieces Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 small Shallot (minced)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
Finely shred half a head of green cabbage, chop the three mini cucumbers into bite‑size pieces, and roughly chop the chives (green onions). Place everything in a large mixing bowl.

In the blender, add minced garlic, minced shallot, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, cashews, basil leaves, spinach leaves, nutritional yeast, grated Parmesan, and salt.
