- 1 cup Black Beans (Cooked, unsalted; prepared from dry beans)
- 1 cup Carrots (Cooked and diced)
- 4 tbsp Pure Pumpkin (100% pure pumpkin puree, no added sugar or salt)
- 2 large Eggs (Scrambled or sunny‑side‑up, no added salt)
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Finely grated, optional topping)
Instructions
Debone and Cut Chicken
