  • 475 ml Whole liquid cream (minimum 30% fat) (Must be very cold to whip properly)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients

    Measure 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk, 125 g of vanilla Greek yogurt, 475 ml of very cold liquid cream and split the vanilla bean in half. Scrape the seeds with a knife and set aside.
