Ingredients
- 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk (Use canned sweetened condensed milk, well shaken before use)
- 125 g Vanilla Greek yogurt (Adds creaminess and extra flavor; optional)
- 1 Vanilla bean (Vanilla Natura) (Scrape the seeds, keep the pod for other uses)
- 475 ml Whole liquid cream (minimum 30% fat) (Must be very cold to whip properly)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
Measure 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk, 125 g of vanilla Greek yogurt, 475 ml of very cold liquid cream and split the vanilla bean in half. Scrape the seeds with a knife and set aside.

Mix and whisk
In the bowl, combine the condensed milk, yogurt, vanilla seeds then pour in the cream. Whisk on medium speed until the mixture is slightly thick but still fluid (do not whip into whipped cream).

Pour into the mold and cover
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or an airtight container. Smooth the surface with a spatula then immediately cover with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the surface to prevent crystal formation.

Place the mold in the freezer and let set overnight (about 8 hours).
