- 8 ounce Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)

- 1 pinch Nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
Cook Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8‑10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
