Instructions
Make Pancake Batter
In a mixing bowl combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until just smooth; a few small lumps are okay.

Brush each cup of the mini muffin tin with melted butter, making sure to coat the sides and bottom evenly.
