- 250 g All-Purpose Flour (sifted)

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin recommended)

- 150 ml Warm Water (about 40°C)
- 2 Tomatoes (medium, diced)
- ½ Onion (small, finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 150 g Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 50 g Salami (sliced thin)
- 30 g Black Olives (sliced)
- 30 g Bell Pepper (mixed red, green, yellow, diced)
Instructions
Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and warm water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Shape the dough into a ball, place it back in the bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes until slightly puffed.

Prepare Tomato Sauce
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent (2‑3 minutes). Add the diced tomatoes, ketchup and dried basil. Simmer for 5‑7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Shape the Mini Pizzas
